MyUSF Canvas Setup Guide
Activate your netid if you haven't from last year. You should have recently received an email with subject Activate Your Netid from [email protected]
Please provide your netid and the UB classes you are taking to Ms. Blaustein at [email protected] or text 813-787-0083.If you activated it last year, you can also contact Ms. Blaustein with questions. Also, once you have recovered your password, email or text Ms. Blaustein with your netid and UB classes.

If you cannot, you may have to Reset your Password. Try the options in order.
Option A is if you know your netid, but forgot your password and have setup your Security/Recovery Options.
Option B is if you forgot your netid and/or password or it says you have not setup Security/Recovery Options.

After you have setup your recovery options, you are ready to use Canvas:
1. Go to my.usf.edu. 2. Put in your [email protected] 3. Put in your password. 4. Click Sign In. 5. You may have to receive a text or phone call or use an authenticator app to login. 5. If you are able to logon to myusf, Click on “Canvas” under the “LEARNING & TEACHING TOOLS” tab. 6. You may have to agree to the Acceptable Use Policy and Click Submit. 7.The Dashboard box shows the latest activity and the courses you are enrolled in. 8. Accept your courses if they are there. Otherwise, text Ms. Carrie at 813-787-0083 the courses you are in. Scroll Down. Click on you courses on the dashboard. There are icons indicating announcements, folders, assignments, and discussions. 9. Complete the assignments in your UB courses usually on Fridays, but possibly uploading assignments as neccessary. |
