Microsoft Teams

1. Download Teams to your computer and/or phone from Google Play or Apple Store or usf.edu/teams.
2. Use [email protected] and your chosen password to logon to Teams - Go to MyUSF for help
3. You may be texted a number or called on your cell phone.
4. Allow Access to Microphone & Notifications
5. Go through features – swiping to the right.
6. If you click on the Teams icon in the Teams app or web browser and do not see that you are in the new UB Academic Year and Summer Students GRP, contact [email protected] or 813-787-0083.
   
7. Soon you will Use the Excel spreadsheet to click on the top link for attendance.
8. A link will show up in your Teams calendar for the time of the meeting.
9. You will be able to click on the teacher’s link for the period you have that teacher and it will bring you to the teacher’s class.
