B. Do not know your netid and/or password and also if you tried part A and it says your Security Profile has not been setup and you need to contact an administrator. Also do if you cannot receive a code to an old phone.
1. If you do not know your netid, text 813-787-0083 and Ms. Blaustein may be able to give it to you.
2. Call the Information Technology Help Desk at 813-974-1222 and give them your netid if you have it.
3. If you do not know your netid, tell them you have a guest account and need to reset your password. Say you tried to reset your password using the Forgot Your Password Link.
4. They may ask for your name, phone number, email, and/or date of birth.
5. Give them the required information and follow the steps given to reset your password.
6. To make sure you can reset your password in the future: Go to Manage Your Security Profile at netid.usf.edu
8. Add an email and security questions in addition to your cell phone number.
9. If you do not have a cell phone, you may need to download an authenticator app. Follow the directions for that.
